The Carmi Police Department, White County Sheriff’s Department, and Southern Illinois Drug Task Force began a White County warrant detail at 5 am Thursday morning that so far has resulted in five arrests.
31 year old Karl Holland was taken into custody at his apartment on 8th Street on a warrant for unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. He is being held at the White County Jail on a $7500 bond.
20 year old Matthew Lemond was arrested at 5:36 am at his Sycamore Street residence on a warrant for unlawful possession of a debit card of another, and for theft under $2500. He is being held at the White County Jail on a $2000 bond.
44 year old Kimberly Carter was taken into custody at a residence on 7th Street on two counts of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. At the time of her arrest, Carter was additionally charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a cannabis plant, and violation of an order of protection. Carter is being held on a $7500 bond for the original charges.
37 year old Alison Glascock turned herself into Carmi Police at the Department lobby after officers made contact with her. Glascock was wanted on a warrant for one count of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine and three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. She is being held on a $7500 bond.
38 year old Jason Digby of Carmi was arrested at a residence on Schumaker Street on a warrant for disorderly conduct-threatening bodily harm. He is being held at the White County Jail on a $150 bond.
Carmi Police Chief Jason Carter reported that all the arrests were made without incident and that more arrests are expected in connection with the detail.
