26 year old Robert Belka of Carmi was arrested by the White County Sheriff’s Department Friday afternoon on a Hamilton County warrant for failure to appear on a methamphetamine possession charge.
Belka was arrested at 4 pm in the Jail lobby after he came to the jail to post bond for another individual. He later was released after posting a $250 bond.
