The White County Sheriff’s Department arrested 36 year old Tabitha Swango of Carmi after she surrendered at the Sheriff’s office at 9:08 am Monday on a White County warrant for retail theft. Swango was later released from custody after posting a $150 bond.
At 9:36 am, Sheriff’s deputies received a report about the theft of a Polaris Ranger side by side from James Young Excavating. The ATV was taken sometime overnight Sunday.
