The White County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to Circle R Fertilizer, 2189 US 45, Springerton at 6:35 am on Thursday, in reference to a stolen vehicle. Responding deputies were advised by Circle R employees that they had 2 trucks and a trailer stolen and an abandoned truck had been left on their property.
While Deputies were taking the report, Circle R was advised that one of their trucks had been located by GPS and was sitting on Rusher Road in Vanderburgh County, Indiana. Vanderburgh County was notified and located both trucks and the trailer at that location.
A male subject was taken into custody by Vanderburgh County Deputies and charged with Possession of Stolen Property.
The vehicles stolen from Circle R have been returned to the owners.
The truck that was abandoned on Circle R property was stolen out of Lexington, Kentucky. That vehicle has been impounded and Lexington Police Department notified.
The incident is under further investigation by White County Sheriff’s Department, Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s Department and Lexington Police Department.
