Reservations are being taken for the White County Historical Society Spring Dinner Meeting on Monday, April 10. Following the catered meal (cost $15 per person)
Mr. Perry Garner from Albion will present a brief history of mussel shell buttons which were produced in Grayville. Mr. Garner has been an avid outdoorsman and interested in natural history all of his life. He has been studying and researching mussels and the mussel shell button industry for over 40 years.
Dinner begins at 6 p.m. at the Christian Church in Carmi. Call Paula Pierson (382-7633) for reservations by Saturday, April 1.
