County Board Meets Tonight
In what appears to the shortest meeting agenda in the past four months, the White County Board will meet at 7 Tuesday night in the White County Courthouse, upstairs courtroom.
The agenda includes a resolution declaring surplus equipment for the White County Highway Department. It is expected the sale of the surplus equipment will help cover the cost of a new dump truck for the highway department. Bids on a new dump truck will also be covered at the meeting.
Other business before the board includes reports from the county officers and routine matters, such as approving the meeting minutes and paying the county bills.
