On the night of December 30th, White County Sheriff Weiss and Chief Dale were in the area of Sandy Run Lake when they noticed a vehicle utilizing a community dumpster. Sheriff Weiss identified one of the individuals as William Davis, who had an active White County warrant for theft of utility services.
Davis was arrested for the warrant and taken to the White County Jail, where a bond was set at $250. As of Tuesday morning, a court date has not been set.
