The White County Sheriff’s Department made a Warrant Arrest Monday afternoon on 27 year old Justin R. Kays of Carmi. Kays was wanted on a Warrant out of Wayne County for Petition to Revoke Probation. He was handcuffed and taken to the White County Jail where he was released after posting $500 bond.
39 year old Sarah R. McKenzie of Carmi is behind bars in the White County Jail on a charge of Disorderly Conduct. Sidney McCombs contacted Carmi Police about a noise complaint from here upstairs neighbor Sarah McKenzie in the very early morning hours Tuesday. A complaint for theft of a foot stool was also signed against McKenzie. After a second noise complaint call, Officers arrested McKenzie and transported her to jail where she is being held on $100 bond.
