One of the men accused of a string of crimes that have shocked Harrisburg was arrested on Tuesday by Illinois State Police District 19 Troopers. 
A tip was received that 19 year old Xzavier Gibbs was located at a residence in Equality. Troopers took him into custody without incident at 4:45 pm.
Gibbs has been charged in Saline County with home invasion, aggravated battery, aggravated unlawful use of weapons, and possession of a firearm with an obliterated serial number. He is currently being held without bond at the White County Jail pending a court hearing.
