Wabash Area Development Incorporated has seven scholarships available in the amount of $1150 each. The scholarships are used to pay tuition, books, and fees with the remainder to be released to the student for travel and living expenses. The scholarships are for individuals who will be attending an Illinois college or university on a full-time basis in the 2017-2018 school year.
Applications and additional information may be obtained by calling the White County WADI office at 384-5541.
Scholarship applications are also available from the financial aid departments and guidance counselors at local colleges and high schools or from their website at www.wadi-inc.com. Applications must be returned to a WADI office by April 13, 2017.
