The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Rend Lake is announcing that the temporary closure of the North Sandusky Bike Trail will be extended through February 19, 2018 to continue the removal of hazard trees. The portion of trail affected by the closure begins at the entrance to the North Sandusky Recreation Area and ends at the south gate near the Sandusky Creek Bridge. All portions of the Rend Lake Bike Trail that are affected by closures will be posted with upcoming closure dates.
