Just after noon Monday, Wadie S. Issawi, owner of the Carmi Motel, a licensed U-Haul dealer, advised Carmi Police they had a 2017 Ford U-Haul that had been rented on January 8th for one day and had not been returned to any other dealers. A signed complaint for Theft Over $500 was taken.
