Two men were sentenced to Illinois Department of Corrections custody in White County Court on Monday according to States Attorney Denton Aud.
27 year old Robert Belka of Carmi was sentenced to three years in prison and two years of mandatory supervised release on one count of unlawful delivery of methamphetamine. The case against Belka was investigated by the Southern Illinois Drug Task Force.
27 year old Charles Webb of McLeansboro was sentenced to 18 months in prison with one year of mandatory supervised release on a count of driving on a revoked license. Webb was arrested by the White County Sheriff’s Department.
Both individuals were sentenced by Judge T. Scott Webb and prosecuted by Aud.
