Two men were sentenced to prison in Hamilton County court on Thursday according to States Attorney Justin Hood.
43 year old Randall D. Clark of Lawrenceville was sentenced to one year in prison and one year of mandatory supervised release after pleading guilty to driving on a revoked license. Clark was arrested by McLeansboro Police on September 20th. His license had been revoked after a previous DUI conviction.
31 year old Floyd D. Hargrave of McLeansboro was sentenced to three years in prison and one year of mandatory supervised release on a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Hargrave entered an open plea of guilty on September 1st after McLeansboro Police arrested him following a search conducted because he was on supervised release. Hargrave admitted to officers he had Vicodin without a prescription.
