23-year old Ethan S. Taylor of West Salem, was sentenced Friday, October 18, 2019 to a total of 6-years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by a term of 2-years of Mandatory Supervised Release (formerly known as “parole”) in Edwards County Court. Ethan S. Taylor pled guilty to the offense of Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine. Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric A. St Ledger prosecuted the case on behalf of the People of the State of Illinois and public defender Brian Shinkle represented the defendant, Ethan S. Taylor.
30-year old John T. Kissee of Grayville, was sentenced Friday, October 18, 2019 to a total of 7-years in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by a term of 1-year of Mandatory Supervised Release (formerly known as “parole”) in Edwards County Court. John T. Kissee pled guilty to the offenses of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon and Possession of Methamphetamine. Mr. Kissee received a recommendation to be considered for the Department of Corrections Impact Incarceration Program. Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric A.
