The White County Sheriff’s Department took a theft report on Saturday afternoon from Ruby Haas of Enfield, who stated that on the evening of April 20th, 41 year old Olivia Miller had stolen make-up items from her residence. Haas stated that she had informed Miller that she wanted the items back, but Miller had not returned them.
Miller, along with 21 year old Cale Cheek of Enfield were arrested with assistance from Carmi Police after a suspicious vehicle was reported in Newman Cemetery at 2:23 am Saturday. Both Miller and Cheek were charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis. Miller and Cheek were transported to the White County Jail and are being held without bond pending a court hearing.
