The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Rend Lake would like to invite all the boys and ghouls celebrating Halloween for a very special Trick or Treat at the Rend Lake Visitor Center on Tuesday, October 31. Kids and adults are encouraged to come dressed in their Halloween best! Scavenger hunts for candy and prizes will take place all day. From 1 pm to 3 pm there will be story reading and the chance to meet some of your favorite movie characters! Trick or Treat the Visitor Center for a spooky good time!
