The White County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a theft reported Thursday morning. Bill Edwards told deputies that on Saturday, April 14th someone stole a homemade trailer loaded with metal from the O’Daniel Trucking property at 1249 County Road 1500 N in Carmi. Edwards reported that cameras on the property showed evidence in the theft. No arrests have been made in the case as the investigation continues.
