Frontier Community College is holding a public auction on Saturday, May 20, 2017 beginning at 11:00 a.m. to auction off the tiny house built by the FCC Construction Technology Program. The auction will be held in the Workforce Development Center on the north end of campus. An open house for the tiny house will begin at 9:00 a.m. and continue until the time of auction. Carson Auction and Realty Company of Flora will be in charge of the auction.
Bidding on the tiny house will start at $25,000, and continue until the minimum reserve sale price is met. The successful bidder will be required to place a down payment of 15% of the final sale price the day of the sale. Checks will made payable to Carson Realty Escrow. Carson Auction and Realty reserves the right to refuse any and all offers that do not meet the minimum reserve sale price.
