In the barely Saturday morning hour, Grayville PD observed a man driving near North Court Street and the Huck’s Convenience Store. The report indicates the officer knew the man, 52 year old Johnny Williams of Thompsonville, was operating that vehicle with a suspended license and conducted a traffic stop. After explaining to Williams why he’d been pulled over, the officer conducted an inventory of the vehicle prior to it’s towing. That’s when he found both a substance and a smoking pipe that would later test positive for methamphetamine. Williams has since bonded out of jail though he faces charges of driving on a suspended license, possession of Meth and unlawful use of property.
