Summer Recreational League Opening Day
Tomorrow, Saturday, April 27 is Opening Day for the Summer Recreational League.
While many of the teams have already been practicing when the weather permitted, Saturday officially opens the summer season for all of the teams and divisions of the summer league.
Opening ceremonies will be held at Bradshaw Park and will follow the format from years past, right up to the ceremonial first pitch.
Coaches and players should be at Field Three by 10:30 Saturday morning, prior to the 11 a.m. start of the opening ceremonies.
There will also be team photos taken Saturday. A complete list and schedule of team photo times are available on the Carmi Summer Recreational League Facebook page.
