In Edwards County Court last Tuesday, 40 year old Charla Beth Sullivan was sentenced to two years in Illinois Department of Corrections custody on one count of theft according to States Attorney Eric St. Ledger’s office today.
Sullivan’s sentence will run concurrently with a four year sentence she received in January in White County Court. Judge William Hudson also ordered Sullivan to pay all mandatory fines, fees and court costs. After incarceration, Sullivan will be under mandatory supervised release for one year.
