In White County Court on Tuesday, a bench warrant for Charla Beth Sullivan was issued after States Attorney Denton Aud filed a combined motion to revoke bond after it was alleged she violated terms of home confinement.
Sullivan had been placed under home confinement as a condition of her release on a $300 bond as she awaits sentencing on January 23 after entering an open plea of guilty earlier this month related to her role in the August burglary of the Hank and Donna Matz residence.
Judge T. Scott Webb issued the warrant, which was served. Sullivan is currently being held at the White County Jail.
