In White County Court on Wednesday, 29 year old Brittany N Howder of Grayville was sentenced to three years in prison on a charge of possession of a stolen vehicle, according to States Attorney Denton Aud.
Howder also received a three year sentence for possession of methamphetamine. The two sentences will run concurrently. Following incarceration, Howder will be under mandatory supervised release for two years, and was ordered to pay all mandatory fines, fees, costs, and assessments.
Howder was arrested by Carmi Police following a slow speed chase in the stolen vehicle on March 3rd.
