In White County Court Thursday, 41 year old Dustin Pierce of Springerton was sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to a charge of driving on a revoked license according to States Attorney Denton Aud.
After incarceration, Pierce will be under mandatory supervised release for one year. Judge Michael Valentine also ordered that Pierce pay all mandated fines, fees, costs and assessments. As a part of the plea agreement, another charge of driving on a revoked license was dismissed.
The Illinois State Police were the arresting agency in the case.
