John Strickland of Springerton is free on bond following his arrest early Tuesday morning. Carmi Police pulled over Strickland on Stewart Street in Carmi just after midnight for his taillight not working. Running his information through dispatch unearthed an active Hamilton County warrant for Deceptive Practices. He was arrested without incident and bonded out to $150 cash plus booking fee 3 hours later.
