NCOE officials are welcoming any and all active or retired military personnel to their new flag dedication at HJ Phelps Gymnasium. The flag was donated by the NCOE alumni, is centered at midcourt and will be dropped and raised at the beginning of all sporting events for the national anthem to be sung. The dedication will be held at the Fighting Cardinals first home volleyball game of the season, Tuesday, September 3rd. A spokesman says the flag has been donated in honor of all who have served in the military and those folks will be admitted free for the ceremony.
