Softball on the air
The Carmi White County Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs will be playing ball this afternoon, as both teams are set to meet Edwards County.
The Lady Dawgs will be carried live on our sister station, WRUL 97.3 FM. Jason Craig and Chris Lucas will have the action covered. They will be on the air with the pre-game show around 4:15 or 4:20 prior to the 4:30 start of the game.
The baseball team will play Edwards County. Game time; 4:30.
The next boys broadcast will be this Saturday as the Bulldogs take on Duquoin: Game time; 10 Saturday morning.
Craig and Lucas will have that game covered as well.
That will wrap up WROY/WRUL live coverage of baseball and softball this season.
And while there are still several regular season games to be played; baseball and softball regionals will get underway Monday, May 13.
