Monday morning, a White County Sheriff’s deputy served 37 year old Roy Ritcheson a White County warrant for theft while at the White County Courthouse. Ritcheson is currently serving a sentence in the Illinois Department of Corrections, and reached a plea deal with the States Attorney’s office before being released back to IDOC custody.
