Sheriff Takes Crossville Burglary Report and Files Enfield Domestic Battery Complaint coupled with Criminal Trespass to Property

Crossville resident Molly Musgraves says a generator and bow have been taken from the garage on her residence.  She reports to authorities the bow was a compound that belongs to her boyfriend, Cody Clark.  She didn’t have specific make or model information on the generator, but says a 5 gallon container of fuel was also taken few weeks ago.  Musgrave named a possible suspect, saying he’d removed other items from her property before, but had always asked permission.

Sheriff’s authorities received a domestic battery report on Wednesday morning.  According to information released this morning, an officer responded to 110 East North Street in Enfield, the home of 31 year old Sheena Garrett.  She told the responding Sergeant she was asleep when her ex boyfriend, 33 year old Derek Randolph of Crossville came knocking.  The report indicates a door and jam were damaged from the suspected break in and Garrett says once inside the home, Randolph put his hands around her neck, telling her she’d never see their child again.  She then says she told Randolph he’d better kick rocks as a camera was taping him.  A probably cause complaint was signed as well as criminal trespass to property.
