Love to be outdoors and looking to make a difference? Are you a student who wants to gain hands-on outdoors experience and network with professionals? Maybe you just enjoy volunteering? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then Shawnee National Forest has a volunteer experience for you.
Shawnee Volunteer Corps invites you to its upcoming trail work days. Volunteers will join Shawnee National Forest employees at beautiful Garden of the Gods Wilderness, located south of Harrisburg. Get a jumpstart on springtime by attending one of the service dates listed below. These service outings are fun and hands on. Spring service days are:
