Season Ends for Lady Bulldogs
Du Quoin ended the Lady Bulldogs’ season Monday night with a 48-39 triumph at the Wayne City Class 2A regional.
Carmi, which finished the season 11-20, was led by freshman Elleigh Gray’s 14 points on the night. Junior Sydney Lucas added nine, senior Mayci Edwards eight, junior Mariah VanMatre five and senior Julia Smith three.
Du Quoin moves on to face Harrisburg tonight as the regional continues.
