Saturday Night’s Not Alright for Fighting and Halloween is No Time for DUI

A 66 year old McLeansboro man is free on bond following a Halloween night traffic crash that lead to his arrest on multiple charges. McLeansboro Police and Fire Departments as well as the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department responded to a roll over crash with possible entrapment on IL Route 14 at West Street. Upon arrival officers found a white Dodge truck on its side. The driver, Ivor Patterson, was arrested and charged with Criminal Damage to Property, Disorderly Conduct, Operating Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid a Crash, Improper Lane Usage, and Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Patterson was unable to post the required $300 cash bond at the time and was transported to the White County Jail.

 

36 year old Donald Green of Mcleansboro is free on $100 cash bond following a Saturday night fight. McLeansboro Police and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Officers were called to a fight in progress in the 300 Block of East Broadway in McLeansboro. Upon arrival, officers learned that Green had been in an altercation with a female and was walking in the roadway yelling at passing motorists. Officers obtained a signed complaint for Disorderly Conduct. Green was transported to the White County Jail.
