The Saline County Sheriff’s Office arrested the following:
On January 11th: Codie Dawn Spears, 25, of Galatia on a warrant for Possession of Controlled
Substance and Retail Theft.
On January 12th: Alesha M. Frailey, 21, of Eldorado on a warrant for Violation of Probation.
On January 13th: Zachary A. Russel, 30, of Harrisburg on Driving While Suspended/Revoked and
Operation of Uninsured Vehicle.
On January 13th: Michael R. Crank, 39, of Harrisburg for an EPA Violation.
On January 13th: Sabrina A. Stewart, 29, of Harrisburg for Failure to Appear on a charge of Theft
(Enhanced).
On January 15th: Rickie R. Horton, 62, of Shawneetown on Six (6) counts of Predatory Criminal
Sexual Assault of a Child and on a warrant from Hamilton County for Predatory Criminal Sexual
Assault of Child.
