32-year old Joshua L. O’Gorman of Albion, Illinois, was sentenced Friday, October 25, 2019 to a total of 8-years and 6-months in the Illinois Department of Corrections followed by a term of 3-years of Mandatory Supervised Release (formerly known as “parole”) in Edwards County Case No. 2019-CF-36. Joshua L. O’Gorman pled guilty to the offense of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Deliver. Edwards County State’s Attorney Eric A. St Ledger prosecuted the case on behalf of the People of the State of Illinois and public defender Brian Shinkle represented the defendant, Joshua L. O’Gorman. The case was investigated in collaboration by Grayville Police Department and the Edwards County Sheriff’s Department, including Edwards County K9 Zorro.
