In White County Court on Wednesday, 42 year old Christopher Hosman of Norris City was sentenced to four years in prison on one count of aggravated DUI and three years on one count of driving while license revoked according to States Attorney Denton Aud.
The two sentences will run concurrently, and following incarceration, Hosman will be under mandatory supervised release for two years.
The Carmi Police Department arrested Hosman in November following a traffic stop. Hosman was represented by Public Defender Brian Shinkle and the case was presided over by Judge Mark Stanley.
