42 year old William Smith was taken into custody after it was alleged he entered the residence of Lance Price and threatened him with a handgun around 8 pm. Price left the residence as ordered by Smith and made contact with law enforcement.
Smith was found at his residence just before 9 pm, and was questioned by officers about the incident. According to the investigation report, Smith does not possess a valid FOID card, and officers noticed a strong smell of alcohol coming from him.
