Carmi Police arrested 39 year old Joshua Watkins of New Haven at Burrell’s Woods on a White County warrant for failure to register as a sex offender.
Watkins was taken into custody without incident just before 7:30 pm Monday, and was transported to the White County Jail. He was released after posting a $2500 bond.
