The New Harmony Bridge Authority will meet this morning at 11:00 AM at the Working Man’s Institute, 407 Tavern Street in New Harmony, IN. They will discuss old business of Illinois and Indiana structure and legal issues including Indiana bonding, deeds and asset transfer, RFP update, an update on Funding Sources for RFP, and an update on any other Grant Funding Source. New business will include discussion of corporate and contractual structure between the two entities going forward, anticipated revenues from other entities currently utilizing the bridge and plan for negotiation (gas line, cable, DNR), and discussion regarding the RFP selection process.
