The NCOE school board had a short meeting this month on Wednesday August 8th at the Superintendent’s office. The minutes and bills were approved as presented.
Danielle Healy attended the meeting to present information to the Board about her new business, Wild Bunch Athletics. She was excited to announce the after school services her program will be offering.
Back to school nights will be held at Booth and NCO elementary buildings on the evening of August 14th. Parents will be able to meet with their students teachers, see the classrooms and learn what will be expected for the upcoming school year.
The Board accepted the resignation of Jennifer York during the meeting and employed Magon Karns as 4th grade teacher at Booth and Bob Sutton as bus driver.
The Board will hold a budget hearing September 19 at 7 p.m. in the Superintendent’s office prior to the regular board meeting.
