The following subject was arrested by the Mt. Carmel Police Department. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
03/09/2017-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 36 year old David L. Ray of Visalia, California. Ray was arrested by Mt. Carmel Police on a Federal warrant charging him with felon in possession of a firearm. Ray was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail. Ray was later turned over to the United States Marshals Service.
03/10/2017-Mt. Carmel Police arrested Dustin E. Adams of Mt. Carmel after police were called to his residence reference a domestic situation. During the domestic it was discovered that Adams was in possession of a firearm without a FOID card-revoked. Adams was transported to the Wabash County Jail and held pending the posting of $150.00 bond.
03/11/2017-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 50 year old Linda Pfeister of Mt. Carmel after she was stopped for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop the arresting officer reported smelling an alcoholic beverage smell coming from Pfeister. Pfeister was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where a breath alcohol test indicated she was over double the legal limit. Pfeister was cited for DUI and improper lane usage. Pfeister was held pending the posting of $100.00 bond.
