The following subjects were arrested by the Mt. Carmel Police Department. All subjects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
11/01/2016-Mt. Carmel Police arrested Billy W. Horn, age 33, of Enfield after officer’s found him parked in the 100 block of W. 4th Street. Police were called to the area after Horn was yelling at employees of First Mid-Illinois Bank and Trust. When officer’s arrived on scene the discovered he drove to the bank while having a revoked driver’s license. Horn was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle and driving while revoked. Horn was also cited for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Horn was held pending the posting of bond.
11/03/2016-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 21 year old Ryan C. King of Mt. Carmel after police noticed him in a vehicle being driven by Valerie C. Schrader of Mt. Carmel. Police knew King was wanted on a Wabash County warrant for drug possession. Police stopped the vehicle and placed King under arrest. The driver of the vehicle was released with no charges.
Mt. Carmel Police arrested 33 year old Samantha J. Arnold of Mt. Carmel after police were called to Shopko reference a shoplifter. Arnold is accused of taking items from the store without paying for them. During the search of Arnold it was discovered she was in possession of suspected methamphetamine and a hypodermic needle. Arnold was arrested and transported to the Wabash County Jail where she was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia, and retail theft. Arnold is being held in the Wabash County Jail pending the posting of $1,000 cash bond.
11/04/2016-Mt. Carmel Police arrested 28 year old Jeffery K. Windle of Mt. Carmel. Windle was arrested in the 200 block of W. 4th Street on a Wabash County warrant charging him with forgery. Windle was taken into custody and held at the Wabash County Jail pending the posting of $1,000 cash bond.
11/05/2016- Mt. Carmel Police arrested 42 year old Ignarcio B. Cisnero of Mt. Carmel after he was stopped by Mt. Carmel Police. The arresting officer knew Cisnero was driving on a revoked driver’s license and initiated a stop in the 200 block of Bellmont Street. Cisnero was taken into custody and transported to the Wabash County Jail where he was cited for driving while revoked. Cisnero was then held pending the posting of bond.
