The Closing for the new McLeansboro water tower project is set for 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, December 12, at McLeansboro City Hall. At that time the City will finalize the Bond documents for procurement of funds. Shawnee Services will distribute fully executed Contract Documents to all parties and issue the Notice to Proceed. Immediately following closing, they will conduct the Pre-Construction Conference to discuss procedures, contracts information, schedules, etc.
