A 54 year old Mcleansboro woman, Georgia Jenkins is free on bond following her arrest by McLeansboro Police. Officers were called on Tuesday, October 15th at 10:37pm to 712 Union Avenue because Jenkins was hearing noises in her apartment. Officers were unable to locate the source of any noises, but Jenkins was arrested and transported to the White County Jail on a warrant out of Hamilton County for Failure to Appear.
57 year old, Steven A. “Tony” Sullivan of Mcleansboro is behind bars in the White County Jail following his arrest for Violation of an Order of Protection. McLeansboro Police Officers were called to 800 S. Hancock Street on early Sunday morning at 2:10 am. A female reported Sullivan had been in her apartment and she had an active Order of Protection against him. Officer were initially unable to locate Sullivan, but found him late Monday evening. Sullivan had a first appearance before Judge Vaughn on Thursday.
A 32 year old Mcleansboro woman, Sarah Rash is free on bond following a Thursday morning arrest. McLeansboro Police Officers were called to 306 East Cottonwood Lane for a report of domestic battery in progress. While officers were unable to substantiate the domestic battery claims, they discovered Rash was wanted on a Hamilton County Warrant for Failure to Appear. She was transported to the White County Jail.
