A McLeansboro man is behind bars following a trespassing complaint made Thursday morning. Mactown Police were called to 107 South Heard Avenue where the reporting part advised that 49 year old Jeffery Johnson was on their property after being told not to be. Johnson has already been given a trespass warning in the past according to law enforcement. The resident signed a formal complaint for criminal trespassing and disorderly conduct…police found Johnson a short time later and placed him under arrest. Unable to post the $100 cash bond, he was taken to the White County Jail where he remains.
