A 40 year old McLeansboro man, James B. Robinson is being held in the White County Jail pending bond being set. Sunday evening, McLeansboro Police conducted a traffic stop on a 2008 Dodge Truck, driven by Robinson, for having a tail light out and failing to use a turn signal. It was determined that Robinson’s license had been revoked. A search of the vehicle resulted in the discovery of items containing methamphetamine. He was cited for Failure to Use a Turn Signal, Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Driving on a Revoked Driver’s License, and Possession of Methamphetamine.
