McFarland Sentenced to 7 Years in Illinois Department of Correction on Delivery of Meth Charge

A 24 year old Grayville man, James Clayton McFarland was sentenced Tuesday in White County Court to 7 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections. His stay will be followed by 2 years Mandatory Supervised Release. McFarland was convicted of a Class 2 felony Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine. He was recommended to participate in the Impact Incarceration Program (“Boot Camp”). His sentence will run concurrently with a sentence entered in Edwards County Tuesday morning (8 years for Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, 4 years for Possession of Methamphetamine, and 2 years for Possession of a Controlled Substance).
