Lady Bulldogs Win
Three members of coach Clinton Wolff’s Lady Bulldog basketball team scored in double figures Monday in a 53-25 win over visiting Johnston City.
The victory gave Carmi its first Black Diamond Conference East win of the year and helped Wolff’s team improve to 9-10 overall.
Julia Smith had 12 points, Sydney Lucas and Elleigh Gray 11 each, Mariah VanMatre eight, Jessica Smith five, Kadee Milligan four and Greyson Huff two.
The Lady ‘Dogs continue conference play Thursday night at Eldorado.
