Fairfield Memorial Hospital proudly announces that Kristina Odom of the Nutritional Services Department has been voted the 2019 Employee of the Year by her peers.

October – Jessica Dunlap, Environmental Services
November – Selena Musgrave, Business Office
December – Jessica Lane RN, Horizon Healthcare Cisne Medical Clinic
Each and every one of the recipients for this award were all nominated by their peers for their dedication to their everyday tasks, their hardworking ethic and their kindness they showed the people surrounding them.
Kristina Odom, who works in our Nutritional Services Department, was named the March Employee of the Month and now receives the honor of Employee of the Year for 2019. Kristina was nominated for her patience, politeness and courteous demeanor when serving visitors in the Café.
“Kristina is an employee that anyone would be honored to have working for them. She is outgoing, courteous, patient and hardworking. Kristina is always willing to help out in any way that she can. Whether it be helping a customer, a co-worker or volunteering her time to many of FMH’s activities. FMH is very fortunate to have her as an employee.” stated April Greifzu, Nutritional Services Manager.

work extremely hard in committing their time to delivering wonderful meals and service to our facility and to those visiting our facility. Kristina is an exceptional employee who dedicates her time and hard work to her department.
