Enjoy an annual St. Louis holiday event this year at Macy’s Holiday Celebration, located at Powell Symphony Hall. This yearly tradition takes place on Friday, Dec. 16, though attendees must pre-register to join the Rend Lake College trip by Friday, Nov. 4.
The celebration begins with lunch at Bartolino’s Osteria with a choice of lasagna, chicken spedini, or sole mudega. After lunch, travel to Powell Hall to enjoy carols, a visit from Santa Clause, and timeless holiday classics performed by the St. Louis Symphony and Holiday Festival Chorus.
The trip costs $125. Cancellation after the Nov. 4 registration deadline may not be eligible for a full refund. Tickets, lunch, gratuities, and a charter bus for transportation are included.
The bus will depart from the Historic Schoolhouse on the Ina campus at 9 a.m. Friday, Dec. 16 and will return at 6 p.m. The same bus will also stop at the RLC MarketPlace in Mt. Vernon at 9:30 a.m. for boarding and will return at 5:30 p.m.
